The Verizon Gaming team spent much of 2021 reminding mobile and console gamers alike that they don’t have to live with lag.
To build on this foundation, my team moved away from the don’ts and can’ts, and honed in on what is possible when you game with the only #5GBuiltForGamers from Double Jump Diners to Duos with Dad.

challenge mode
After some light sleuthing on our Verizon gaming partner, Team Liquid, I right-place-right-timed my way onto a Twitch stream where Fortnite-player Alixxa told the story of her father immigrating to America and spoke about how much pride she has for him and he for her.
So we pitched the perfect plan: join us for a Verizon Challenge Mode and play Fortnite duos with her father. Suffice to say, it was the most fun any of us (talent included) had all year.

We continued spreading the good word of 5G with OOH and digital banners– implementing gaming language while highlighting our hero RTBs.
